Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 6th January, 10th April, 1st May, 3rd May, 8th June, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December, 26th December.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Violante Nessi cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Violante Nessi.
Taxes And Duties
When orders are sent from our UK warehouse, please note that shipping outside of the UK could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities.
For orders placed in USD, EUR or GBP, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where import taxes and duties will be collected at checkout on behalf of the Customer's national authorities. For DDP shipments FedEx will be responsible for customs clearance and the parcel will be delivered directly to the shipping address.
