Questions
When is my order dispatched?
Orders placed before noon GMT ship the same working day. After midday, weekends or public holidays, the following working day. A FedEx tracking number is emailed at dispatch.
Will I pay import duties?
UK shipments are duty-free. EU orders include VAT at checkout. For all other destinations — USA, Switzerland and others — customs duties are applied at checkout.
How is shipping calculated?
FedEx charges the greater of actual or volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5,000). For most garments, actual weight applies. Final cost is shown at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact customercare@violantenessi.com before dispatch. Once a tracking number is issued, changes must be made directly with FedEx.
