You can return any item purchased on violantenessi.com within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
Please note, only a restocking fee of £10 / €15 / $15 will be charged for returned item(s). This fee will be deducted at refund and does not apply for exchanges or credit notes.

Include your order number and indicate whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or credit note.
A member of our team will arrange the return for you and provide the return waybill label.
Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice inside the package.
Print the return waybill label and attach it to the outside of the box, removing any previous labels.
Ensure the waybill label is clearly visible on the front of the parcel.
Our team will schedule a pickup for you, depending on availability in your city.
Once item(s) have been duly received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of purchase payment within 14 working days. For exchange items, the confirmed exchange item will be shipped. Notification via email will be issued at this stage.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 7908566745 or via email to customercare@violantenessi.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order can be changed once submitted. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size or colour within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at customercare@violantenessi.com. If the item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different style, please return it and place a new order.
In order for the quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
