Returns and Exchanges


You can return any item purchased on within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Please note, only a restocking fee of £10 / €15 / $15 will be charged for returned item(s). This fee will be deducted at refund and does not apply for exchanges or credit notes. 


Arranging a return

    1.  Please notify us by sending us an email to or via Whatsapp: +44 7908 566745 providing your order’s number and if you would like to request a refund, exchange or credit note.
    2. A member of our team will arrange the return for you and send you the return waybill label. 
    3. Please pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice from your order inside the package.
    4. Print the return waybill label and affix it to the outside of the box, removing any other label on the parcel. The waybill label should always be visible at the front of the parcel.
    5. If you are outside the UK, please affix all 3 copies of the commercial invoices to the front of the box. This will help avoid any delays at UK customs and thus with your refund. Please do not use any commercial invoices or paperwork used to ship the order to you. Orders returned with DHL and FEDEX are paperless and do not require the commercial invoices to be printed.
    6. Please drop off the parcel at the drop off locations from DHL or FedEx or schedule a pick-up.

Once item(s) have been duly received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of purchase payment within 14 working days. For exchange items, the confirmed exchange item will be shipped. Notification via email will be issued at this stage. 


Order cancellation or modification

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 7908566745 or via email to as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order can be changed once submitted. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be modified or cancelled. 



Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size or colour within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at If the item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different style, please return it and place a new order.



In order for the quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.

Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Please note that for orders from outside the EU with a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping option, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes as these charges are only collected on behalf of the Customer's national tax authorities and are not charged by Violante Nessi.


Return in store

If you would prefer for our sales team to coordinate your return shipment please bring it to the Violante Nessi Townhouse in London. 

  • Make sure the items you wish to return are in their original condition, all tags and packaging included. Our sales team will check and confirm the condition of your items before initiating a return on your behalf.
  • Put the items to be returned into the original box (or another sturdy box) and bring them to one of our stores, along with all forms included in your original shipment (order invoice, return form, etc.).

We aim to process returns within 10 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. You will receive a Refund Confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund issued. We regret that we are unable to issue refunds in-store for purchases made through the website at this time.
