Returns and Exchanges
Returns
You may return any item purchased on violantenessi.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags, accessories and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Items supplied in dust bags must be returned inside the original dust bags, as these form part of the product. Please use the original packaging provided with your order when returning your item.
We are pleased to offer complimentary returns on all orders.
Arranging a Return
All returns must be registered through our online returns portal:
Please enter your order details and follow the instructions to select the type of return you require.

Select whether you are requesting a refund, exchange or credit note.

Follow the instructions provided through the portal to arrange your return.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the original invoice inside the parcel.

Attach the return label provided through the portal to the outside of the box, ensuring that any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

The return will be collected according to the instructions and availability provided through the returns portal.
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will process the requested refund, exchange or credit note.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same style, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, please register your return through our returns portal and select the exchange option. You will be able to indicate the size or colour you would like to receive.
If the requested item is available, it will be reserved and shipped once your returned item has been received and approved following inspection.
If the requested size or colour is unavailable, our Customer Care team will contact you regarding the available options.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different style, please return the original item for a refund or credit note and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 working days of receipt.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags and accessories intact. Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Credit Notes
Where a credit note is selected through the returns portal, it will be issued once the returned item has been received and approved following inspection.
Credit notes may be used towards a future purchase on violantenessi.com, subject to the applicable terms.
Order Cancellation or Modification
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@violantenessi.com or via WhatsApp at +44 7752 478385 as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order
All Bespoke and Made-to-Order purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless the item is faulty or otherwise required by applicable law.
