Once you have made your selection, please click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your delivery and payment details. When your order has been confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

If your size is out of stock, you can pre-order it by emailing customercare@violantenessi.com.

Items purchased from violantenessi.com can be returned within 10 days of their delivery date.

Please notify us by sending us an email to customercare@violantenessi.com or via Whatsapp: +44 7908 566745 providing your order’s number and if you would like to request a refund, exchange or credit note.

A member of our team will arrange the return for you and send you the return waybill label. 

Please pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice from your order inside the package.Visit our Returns and Exchanges page for detailed instructions.

All returns are free of charge, please make sure to use the pre-paid label provided in your parcel.

Please note, only a restocking fee of £10 / €15 / $15 will be charged for returned item(s). This fee will be deducted at refund and does not apply for exchanges or credit notes. 

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colour in the same style.
