Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system directly in the cart.
Please note that due to the current situation linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping might take a bit longer than expected. We are doing our best to ship our online orders and soon as possible. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your order to be shipped.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

Orders received before 1pm CET are shipped the same day by courier for delivery in 24-48 hours, if available in stock. Orders after 1 pm after processed the next working day. Once processed, orders are dispatched via FEDEX.

All our items are made in Italy and shipped from our warehouse in United Kingdom. For London orders, the vendor reserves the right to hand deliver purchases.

If you order Product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. In the event that you return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office. Violante Nessi does not take responsibility for lost packages.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

DUTIES & TAXES

In the case of purchases made outside of the territory of the European Union, duties, taxes, fees, and other charges on customs and / or tax arising out of or related to the import and customs clearance of the goods shall be borne by the buyer, so as shipping costs from customs to their own homes are paid by the buyer.

You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.  Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.  Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

In the event that you return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price.  If they were not included, then you will be responsible for reclaiming the duty directly from your local customs office.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from VIOLANTE NESSI online store, however if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days upon delivery to return them to us for a refund.

The items must be in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. We do not cover the cost of shipping for return items.

 For orders shipped outside of the UK we deduct £10 to cover shipping and restocking costs.

If the returned goods prove in any proven / used so even if in very small percentage, will be weighed in order to verify its entirety, and in the event that there be a missing percentage the product will be entirely paid by the customer.

Full refunds are offered to UK, USA and EU orders.

We do not accept returns for purchases of Made-to-Order pieces.

How To Return Or Exchange A Product

Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.

If you no longer have the packing slip please email us at customercare@violantenessi.com

Please email us to tell us you have returned the parcel. Just follow the instructions on the packing slip, arrange for a collection and we will do the rest. We recommend that you take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

If you have returned a product your refund will be credited to the original payment method or if you wish as store credit to your violantenessi.com account.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

EXCHANGES

We don’t offer an exchange service through our website violantenessi.com. To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop.
